Shipping Policy
W.Dressroom USA offers free U.S.A. standard shipping. (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.)
(All W.Dressroom USA orders must be total of $10.00 for the minimum.)
W.Dressroom USA offers free Canadian standard shipping on orders $149+ (excluding taxes and after promotional discounts applied).

Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept new and unopened beauty products within 14 days of purchase date. Returned products must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Please email [email protected] with your order number to receive further instructions. (no refunds will be granted without a return authorization). All Sale items & Special offers are final sale.
Once your return is processed, credit will be issued to the original method of payment for merchandise amount only. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. W.DressroomUSA is not responsible for the shipping costs of the returns or liable for lost returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs of the returns.
